RED BULL:
Christian Klien is moved into driver role for the next 4 GPs. Liuzzi is on a break now, and Scott Speed will do his first F1 Week practice session at Canada.
Coulthard also started negotiations for a new Red Bull contract as he is currently only signed for the year.![]()
McLAREN:
Kimi isn't too optimistic about his chances in Canada. He said coming out 9th is a huge disadvantage at Canada, and now even more so due to the resurfacing. But, he has a strong car, and Canada is a track known to kill cars, so hopefully he can bundle up a nice amount of points by the end.
McLaren haven't confirmed if Kimi will be receiving a new engine for the race and making that last over 2 fast GPs, or using the same engine from Germany. Kimi did 3 race distances with the same spec engine in testing, so this might hint at the team using the same engine.
En als dit waar is, helaas!

McLaren are also rumoured to be getting front 'ears' for Canada just like Williams in 2004 and the current Renault and Toyota. However, other rumours say they will also lose the horns in the coming races due to advances in the rear end of the car that won't work as a package witht he horns in place.
En dan het gebruikelijke gezeur bij TOYOTA en nu is het een keer niet een bepaalde rijder (want die ligt zelf onder vuur.):
Toyota have flamed Ralf for spinning out of the European GP due to driver error. They realise that this will cost them a podium, and the weekend hasn't even started. Toyota expressed concerns for the qualifying margins due to the new track. They said it would take at least 5 cars for someone to set an average lap, and only the last 3 or so cars would be the ones challenging pole.
Europa zal dus ook wel op de dangerous list komen.

En nieuws van het BMW front:
Williams have said they do not know if BMW will be with them in 2006 And Sauber at the same time said they are discussing a closing deal with BMW for the future (no season announced). Frank Williams said there are a lot of engine suppliers to choose from.
